Un restaurant découvert sur la route et nous avons eu un très bon accueil dans une très jolie salle. Cuisine faites maison assiettes très belles et bien garnies. Services rapide. Le top .
En direction de Clermont-Ferrand pour remonter sur Paris, nous avions (très) faim et avons fait un arrêt à L'Escale. Quelle belle surprise !!!!! - Un superbe accueil - Aux petits soins du début à la fin - Une cuisine raffinée et faite maison! Ne vous posez pas la question : allez y et vous ne serez pas déçus ! A très bientôt et encore merci !
Sur la route en allant à Clermont nous avons vu ce restaurant et avons décidé de nous arrêter. Très bonne surprise, 2 choix de menus entrées Plats fromages et desserts. Prix inférieur à 20 euros avec bière et café. Je conseille cette étape.
Chaspuzac si on m'avait demandé où c'est j'aurais été incapable de répondre, en attendant pour notre repas de midi à l'Escale on s'en souviendra! Arrivés comme un cheveu sur la soupe un vendredi midi, nous avons été très bien accueillis et on nous a trouvé une table malgré les nombreuses réservations. Beaucoup de déjeuners d'entreprise compte tenu de la localisation en ZAC. Agréablement surpris par l'entrée lasagne de légumes servie bien chaude, c'est appréciable, et succulente, la viande était bonne et tendre aussi. Tout était bien et le personnel sympathique ce qui ne gâte rien. Comme quoi le hasard de la route fait quelque fois bien les choses.
Un restaurant que nous avons découvert « en passant » mais qui mérite vraiment le détour ! Un menu gastronomique où l’on découvre les spécialités de la région ou un menu grillade imbattable avec sa bonne viande et son dessert gourmand. Mon coup de cœur va vraiment au dessert autour de la fraise qui était incroyable. Enfin un accueil et un service très agréable. On a hâte de repasser par là maintenant !

Menu délicieux surprenant Un pavé de boeuf à la sauce beurre de cacao ...Des ris de veau frais ....Un sorbet au bleuet. ..Un millefeuille aux 2 citrons .... De quoi régaler nos papilles . Entrée plat dessert 26 e pour le dimanche aussi un menu à 35e avec 5 plats ... Un cadre cosy et raffiné et le personnel très sympa . On peux manger dehors . Un chef qui étais à Saugues et qui continu son savoir faire et sa créativité ailleurs .... Vaux mieux réserver !
